The room was a sanctuary-roomy, impeccably clean, complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy electric kettle. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small fridge and microwave, allowing me to enjoy local delicacies right from the comfort of my own space. The breakfast was a highlight of my experience, featuring an enticing array of both continental and traditional options, beautifully presented. It was akin to dining at a premium establishment, which is quite a treat for someone like me who values culinary experiences. Although there are some quirks with Wi-Fi and TV hours, the incredible service and the lodge's tranquil atmosphere-complete with a serene garden and inviting outdoor pool-more than made up for it. The staff's kindness, fluency in multiple languages, and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home, truly embodying the warmth of South Africa. Hutten Heights Lodge is a hidden gem, perfectly suited for travelers seeking both relaxation and a sprinkle of adventure, just like a seaside paradise! I'll certainly be looking forward to my next visit to Newcastle.
